66 Federal Credit Union has made moving your accounts from your old financial institution convenient and easy with our Switch Kit. All the letters and forms you will need to make this transition as easy as possible are provided here ... so all you have to do is print and mail the letters to the appropriate companies and/or individuals.

Three Simple Steps to Switch

Select a form below. Type your information into the pre-written form, print the document, and mail it to the appropriate party explaining the change in your banking relationship. 

	Open an account at 66 Federal Credit Union.
	Become a Member •Fill out our application and send it in. •Come by one of our local branches during regular business hours. •Call our toll free number (800) 897-6991 to speak to a member service representative.
	Stop using your old account.
	Select letter(s) below to print and mail.
	Close My Account This letter is to notify your previous bank that you are closing your account and gives them instructions for disbursement of any remaining funds. Switch My Account and Set Up Withdrawal or Payment Send this letter to each of your vendors to transfer any automatic payments from your old account to your 66 Federal Credit Union account. Send this form to your vendors in order to sign up for automatic payments from your 66 Federal Credit Union account. Payment examples include: utilities, day care, fitness clubs, insurance companies, mortgage, etc. Set Up My Direct Deposit Use this form to sign up for direct deposit of your payroll into your 66 Federal Credit Union checking account. Cancel My Automatic Withdrawal or Payment Use this letter to send to each of your vendors to cancel any automatic payments made from your old account. Switch My Direct Deposit Use this form to change your direct deposit from your old account(s) to your new 66 Federal Credit Union account(s).
